RECEIVING REPORTS

Receiving Report--Similar to the shipping report, the Receiving Report lists all items received. Each crate is listed with its contents, showing the total weight. Loose items are also listed with their weights.

Receiving Damaged Report -During an inbound inspection, type of damage  can be marked via the scanner. The Receiving Damaged Report lists this information, enabling prompt submission of claims.

Receiving Discrepancy Report--When there is a difference between what was shipped and what has returned, this is called a discrepancy. The Receiving Discrepancy Report easily and quickly identifies missing properties.

Crate Discrepancy Report - The Crate Discrepancy Report identifies any changes in the crating of items. This enables you to return them to their original crates before storage in the warehouse.
