CLIENT MATERIALS


The Client Materials tab is used to add or edit items which are being added to the inventory for a specific event only. Generally these are items which belong to the client, and either will not be returned to the  warehouse once they are shipped to the event, or when they are returned they will be sent back to the client. Therefore, although they are added temporarily into the inventory (and thus will appear on all relevant documents and reports for a show), they are deleted from the inventory after the event is over.
