• Tracks exactly what was shipped to an event. Scan it once. Reports and Documents are automatic!

• Automatically updates the inventory to reflect what is out and where it is.

• Damage can be recorded and classified in the scanner upon visible inspection and the inventory is automatically updated.

• Optional capability exists to photograph damage, using the scanner with a camera attachment. The image is uploaded directly to XTRAX Express. A nice feature when trying to recoup replacement/repair costs!

• When property is received back, XTRAX Express will accurately report missing items. You can find it before its time to ship it out again.

• Identifies items in the wrong crate. You can choose to re-crate them or the inventory will be updated to reflect the new crating.
