Characteristics tab information:

• Dimensions and Weight calculations are totaled automatically on the appropriate reports (although it is possible to override weight on the scanner when necessary).

• Electrical requirements are easily calculated for different events. Assessing how much warehouse space to charge clients for becomes automatic by generating the Client Report.

Value/Associated Costs tab information:

• Acquisition Date/Acq. Cost/Disposal Date/Repl. Value/ Life Span: Used to generate various inventory reports such as End of Life Reports. Allows accurate tracking and communication of replacement needs.

• Ship Units/Cost/Receiving Units/Cost: Keeps track of the anticipated labor units and costs associated with shipping or receiving items. (If in the future XTRAX EXPRESS is upgraded to XTRAX MultiTracker, total units and costs for a particular shipment or receipt are automatically calculated.)

The Miscellaneous tab, provides a place for additional information such as Schedule B#, Disposition information, Project ID#, etc.
