Illustrated below is a screen and the tabs for a Unique item.

The Status tab is the top information tab because this involves information about an item which may be changing. Status information is updated automatically whenever a shipment or receipt is scanned. It is easy to locate current information about the status of an item, such as:

• Status: includes Good, Damaged, Not Available, In Construction, as well as if it has been received back but not inspected, or packed for a shipment in advance of shipping.

• Damage: If the Status is Damaged, this field identifies the type of damage.

• Last In/Last Out: whether the item is in or out of the warehouse

• Last Scanned To: identifies which event the item was shipped to

• Crate/Warehouse Loc: current crating and warehouse location
