Information such as weight, measurement, electrical requirements, and value are entered here.

The various item categories allow for complete tracking of all properties:

• Unique Items: one of a kind

• Item Classes: groups of same items

• Units: each of the items within an Item Class

• Accessories: items which are not individually tracked, but are monitored by quantity.

• Consumables: items to be distributed at an event such as literature

• Client Materials: Property belonging to the client which is not a permanent part of the inventory but needs to be shipped to a specific event (Client materials are added in Warehouser).
